Check the organiser’s announcement before committing to travel. Record date, registration and cancellation separately so that a flyer does not silently become proof that a session will happen.

Use the organiser’s own source and keep the last checked date. Label registration as “pending” until you actually receive confirmation. Revisit the cancellation information shortly before travel.

An announced event is not an event attended, tested or guaranteed to take place.
