A trip archive for later

Save the difference between information checked before a trip and what participants actually experienced. Keeping both makes a later update more useful than copying an old plan.

Put official statements in the source block, actual observations in the experience block and subsequent changes in the update block. An example is “source checked before departure; personal notes added after return”. Leave unused experience fields blank.

Experiences must come from actual participants; this template invents none.
