Compare skateparks with your own preferences

Compare four deliberately selected Dutch parks: two with explicit general inline access, one with conditional admission and one with incomplete access evidence. This is a small editorial selection for planning an aggressive-inline session, not a list of the best parks or a skill assessment.

Before choosing a park

Use this route before the feature score. A community spot tag can help you discover obstacles; it cannot grant admission. Your answers below are personal planning notes, not a new verified venue record.

  1. 1. Check inline admission

Open the official access source for the park below. Is inline admitted for your actual date, session and group? Unknown or conditional access means ask the operator before comparing travel plans.

  2. 2. Check the evidence

Read each field’s source and retrieval date. A missing, conflicting, future-dated or outdated active feature remains unresolved. The comparison below retains these separate states.

  3. 3. Compare relevant features

Only after access and evidence questions, choose weights for ledges, bowl, indoor street, rails and quarterpipes. An indoor tag says nothing about slot availability or a dry outdoor approach.

  4. 4. Plan the journey

Check the actual destination entrance, current transport service, final connection, return journey and time for arrival. A park feature score does not measure these.

Symbols always have text labels. They label questions, not confirmed facilities.

Rain: three separate questions

  1. Venue facts: has the operator confirmed an accessible session and the exact covered area? “Indoor” alone is not a booking.
  2. Own observation: what is the intended riding surface like now? A forecast, season or old photo cannot settle this. Unknown or wet means pause and check rather than use a positive feature score.
  3. Reserve: name an alternative, its official access reference and the date/session still to confirm. If it is unconfirmed, keep it as a question; changing venue is not automatically an available session.

Indoor start: a reading route

Three preparations for getting to know a venue. This is an editorial reading bundle, not an official lesson or a skills review.

  1. Material questions

Use the equipment inspection guide to identify loose or unresolved parts before packing. Follow the maker’s instructions for your own model.

  2. Access and arrival

Use the first-visit guide to ask about shared space, rules and an arrival round. Confirm inline access before travel.

  3. Keep the plan small

Use the short-session guide to select a realistic focus after observing the venue. Leave unfamiliar areas as questions.

Revisit an outdoor park

Keep an old image as dated historical context. It is not evidence of today’s layout or permission. Record changes and unknowns separately; never copy an old “yes” into today’s answer.

An empty field means unknown / not recorded. The file is a personal worksheet, not a published venue check.

Answers stay on this page. No transmission or storage. Reloading clears them. Downloads contain only the notes you choose to include.

Holidays and event exceptions

A regular weekday timetable is not a date-specific holiday answer. Ask: “Are inline skates admitted on [date] in [session], are any areas closed, is booking required, and do holiday or event exceptions apply?” Record the reply reference and when you checked it above.

Editorial sources retrieved on 11 October 2026: Area 51 mentions holiday/event exceptions and a calendar check; Pier15 combines a limited all-wheel exception with event closures. We have not verified any future holiday’s opening or made a reservation. Do not reuse café hours as park hours.

What this comparison actually measures

Choose how much you value a listed ledge, bowl, indoor street area, rail and quarterpipe. Each weight is an integer from 0 to 5; zero ignores that field. For complete, sufficiently recent records with confirmed general inline access, the score is 100 × weights of confirmed present features ÷ all active weights. Confirmed absence would contribute zero; an unknown, stale or unsupported active field prevents ranking. Equal scores share a place. Obstacle presence does not establish size, condition, difficulty or suitability for your level.

BladeFeed describes its spot information as community contributions. This dated selection uses the Area 51 detail record and exact spot links in the quarter-pipe collection for Zeeburgereiland and Skateland. Select whether those feature records may fill an unknown official field. A known official feature is retained; contradictory current records block that active field. BladeFeed never overrides an operator access restriction. Unlisted tags are unknown, not absent. Ratings, clip totals and general navigation tags are not used as park facts. This is a checked snapshot, not a live feed.

How BladeFeed spot information is contributed ↗

Example: give quarterpipe a weight and include BladeFeed. Area 51’s explicit BladeFeed quarterpipe record fills that unknown official field. Choose official sources only and that field remains unknown. Its other official features and access rules do not change. Adding indoor weight still holds Zeeburgereiland outside the ranking because its indoor field remains unconfirmed.

A ranked record is a feature match, not confirmation that you can skate there today. Recheck the linked operator calendar, actual slot, admission rules, age limits, weather, condition and protective requirements. Pier15’s calendar and inline exception must both match; Skateland rental availability alone does not prove admission. No park visit, personal test, booking or coaching review is claimed.
