Printable skate trip, crew and filming formats
Choose the format for the decision in front of you. Read the linked guide, download an editable plain-text copy or print one sheet. Every factual field is blank for a reason: add only your own checked information. These files send nothing and contact no one.

Park visit card
Collect the information you need before leaving. Keep the source for the address separate from access permission and the day’s opening information. A screenshot without a date may not answer your current question.
Fill in the venue’s official URL first. A useful entry is “inline access: unanswered; emailed venue on [your date]”. Leave the answer open until a real reply arrives. Recheck your return journey before departure.
This card is not an official entry confirmation or emergency service.

Crew trip briefing
Put one agreed plan in one place so that the meeting point, return limit and confirmed venue conditions do not drift between messages.
Start with the time everyone must be back, then add transport and the venue’s confirmed window. For example, label an alternative “proposed” until its opening and access are checked. Share the completed sheet manually with willing participants.
No invitation, reservation or message is sent by this template.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Participants who agreed | |
| Meeting point / departure | |

Clip credits record
Record who made each part of a clip and how they want to be credited. Keep music origin and permission evidence beside the edit reference, rather than trying to reconstruct them after publication.
Use a separate row or copy for each asset. An example entry is “camera: [agreed name]; source file: [your reference]; permission: awaiting reply”. Do not replace the pending state with a credit line.
Credit does not itself grant permission to use an image, performance or music.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Clip / asset reference | |
| Camera / editor / participating skaters | |
| Preferred public credits | |
| Music title / maker / source | |
| Permission reference / scope / date | |

Questions for a skater interview
Invite someone to explain their own choices instead of assuming their history or skill. These prompts prepare a voluntary conversation; they are not a completed interview.
Ask how the participant wants to be introduced and whether recording and publication are acceptable. Use open prompts such as “What changed your approach to choosing a session?” Record actual answers and flag anything requiring a separate source.
No achievements, quotations or answers have been supplied for a real person.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Agreed introduction / name | |
| Consent to conversation / recording / publication | |
| What draws you to this skating style? | |
| How do you choose a session goal? | |
| Which decision would you now make differently? | |

Questions for park management
Prepare questions about rules and changes that only the venue can confirm. Separate a manager’s dated reply from observations or a general website description.
Ask which official page visitors should use and whether the answer applies to your intended date. For example, “Does the inline policy differ during lessons or special sessions?” Leave unanswered fields blank.
A reply is dated evidence, not a permanent access guarantee.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Official contact / respondent role | |
| Inline policy and exceptions? | |
| Which obstacles / areas are available? | |
| Closures or changes on intended date? | |
| Booking / helmet / supervision requirements? | |

Questions for a skate shop
Find out which fitting and parts questions the shop can actually answer. Ask about its own service and visit conditions without turning an unanswered message into a recommendation.
Bring your exact existing model and a manufacturer reference. Ask “Can I try this model here, and do I need an appointment?” Record the reply date and keep stock or price information tied to that date.
A missing reply is not evidence of stock, service or opening.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Official shop / contact URL | |
| Try-on models / appointment question | |
| Parts reference / compatibility question | |
| Service offered and limits? | |

Crew welcome sheet
Make introductions and practical agreements easier without requiring personal disclosure. Participants choose the name and contact method they are comfortable sharing.
Agree on a meeting signal, how to decline a filming request, and who can answer a practical question. Use placeholders until your own group agrees; do not present this blank example as an existing BladeFeed crew.
Participation and shared contact details are voluntary; keep the completed copy private unless everyone agrees otherwise.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Chosen group name / meeting point | |
| Voluntary introductions | |
| Questions / contact preference | |
| Filming and credit agreements | |
| How to pause or decline | |
| Shared-space agreement / next check |

Blank local skating folder
Build your own folder from checked locations rather than publishing a city page filled with assumptions. Each location needs its own address, discipline and access evidence.
Duplicate the location block for each real candidate. Mark “unknown” where a source does not answer a field. For example, an official address confirms the destination but does not establish permission to skate there.
This is a reusable blank template, not a factual city guide or a venue endorsement.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Your area / purpose | |
| Location / official address source | |
| Inline permission / source / date | |
| Relevant obstacles / evidence | |
| Opening / travel / access questions | |

Skate photo shot list
Plan the story you need before choosing a camera position. Context, obstacle and equipment details can communicate a session without asking anyone to repeat an attempt for the camera.
Write what each image should explain and ask whether you can make it without obstructing a line. A detail shot can be made when the area is clear. Agree on participants, credits and where images may appear before taking identifiable photographs.
This list does not prescribe a filming position or a dangerous repeat attempt.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Story / intended use | |
| Arrival or approach context | |
| Obstacle overview / clear viewpoint? | |
| Environment / equipment detail | |
| Participant permission / credit | |
| What to omit if space is busy |

Video transcript worksheet
Connect actual spoken words to their timecodes and the visual context needed to understand them. A transcript can support a readable article and help locate the original passage.
Copy the block for each passage. Separate literal speech from your own description, and mark unclear audio rather than guessing a quotation. Use a recording you are allowed to transcribe and check the words against playback.
Blank speaker fields and example timecodes do not represent real recordings or quotations.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Source file / permitted use | |
| Start and end timecode | |
| Speaker as actually identified | |
| Exact speech / unclear portions | |
| Separate visual context | |
| Checked against recording / date |

Equipment questions for a shop visit
Bring useful measurements and references so the conversation concerns your actual setup. Separate what you measured from what a manufacturer specifies and what still needs a shop answer.
Write the exact shell, liner and frame model where known. For example, “mount reference: [manufacturer URL]; replacement part: not confirmed”. State your intended skating style without treating it as a universal sizing rule.
This worksheet gives no universal size, compatibility approval or purchasing recommendation.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Existing models / sizes | |
| Your measurements / method | |
| Manufacturer specifications URL | |
| Intended use / discomfort questions | |
| Part reference to confirm | |
| Shop answer / source / date |

Evidence for a spot update
Document exactly which field changed and what evidence supports it. A dated official announcement and your own photograph answer different questions and should remain separately labelled.
Copy the original wording before proposing a correction. An example is “surface photo taken on [date]; opening hours still unconfirmed”. Keep a photo reference without publishing faces or private contact information without permission.
A photograph alone does not establish opening, admission rules or a current price.
| Field | Your checked notes |
|---|---|
| Spot / page / exact field | |
| Previous wording / proposed change | |
| Official source / checked date | |
| Photo reference / actual date / permission | |

Multilingual venue question card
Take a small set of concrete questions to the venue. The translations ask about access, equipment requirements, booking and supervision; they do not supply the venue’s answers.
Choose the language your contact uses and add the intended visit date. Record the actual reply and its date next to each question. If a rule is unclear, request the official page that states it.
A translated question is not an access confirmation from the park.

Event verification sheet
Check the organiser’s announcement before committing to travel. Record date, registration and cancellation separately so that a flyer does not silently become proof that a session will happen.
Use the organiser’s own source and keep the last checked date. Label registration as “pending” until you actually receive confirmation. Revisit the cancellation information shortly before travel.
An announced event is not an event attended, tested or guaranteed to take place.

Image-use agreement record
Keep an administrative record of an actual agreement about specific material. Identify the maker, the asset and the use discussed rather than treating a general credit as permission.
Record the wording of the actual agreement and where the evidence is kept. For example, “asset [reference]; use [agreed channel]; answer pending” remains pending. Discuss any additional use with the people concerned.
This record is an administrative aid; it does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal validity.
| Field | Your checked notes |

| Relevant participants / agreed contact | |
| Exact agreed use / limits | |
| Preferred attribution | |

Your session recap poster
Create a compact record of your actual session with a clear title, date, three observations and credits. The layout is original and leaves every factual field for you to complete.
Use an actual date and only observations you can support. Add an image reference if you have permission, and label an illustration as such. A useful recap can describe a planning improvement without claiming a landed trick or venue review.
No sample session or generated campaign image is presented as a real visit.
| Field | Your checked notes |

A trip archive for later
Save the difference between information checked before a trip and what participants actually experienced. Keeping both makes a later update more useful than copying an old plan.
Put official statements in the source block, actual observations in the experience block and subsequent changes in the update block. An example is “source checked before departure; personal notes added after return”. Leave unused experience fields blank.
Experiences must come from actual participants; this template invents none.
| Field | Your checked notes |
